Just what exactly did Katrina say?
The turtle asked George.
She said
You want me to throw it to the Castle?

Then you should take it to the Castle, to the Prince.

Bunny George agreed.
He clasped the egg and set off up the hill.
As he got closer
He met several happy chickens.
Near the Castle door he could see
A few golden eggs in the sun.

He knocked.

The Prince came to the door and greeted Bunny George.
Bunny handed him the golden egg
With the message facing up.

I love Mary Louise.
The Queen turned her into a Swan.
I have to reverse the spell.
I know how to do it.
But I need the Book of Spells
And
The Book of Spells is missing.

The Queen kept the book beside her bed
Once she turned me into a frog.
I learned how to read the spell backwards
To reverse the spell and become a prince again.

But now the Book of Spells is gone.
The Queen is gone too.
She accidentally turned herself into a chicken.

I keep searching and searching
For the Book of Spells.

Is it a big fat red book?
asked Bunny George.
With gold letters that spell
SPELLS on the spine?

Yes, how did you know?

I was just sitting on it.
It’s on top of the piano in the Ballerina Barn.
